We were beyond excited to join members in the beautiful city of Madison for the Chapter Opportunity Workshop (COW). Chapters were able to compete and see who was the most DECA-cated, through the Amazing Race, created their chapter strategic plans for the school year, attended COWpardy practicing performance indicators and took a cluster exam.
