Empowering DECA members by providing effective leadership through goal setting, consensus building and project implementation. This happens in the class-room and through Wisconsin DECA led conferences through out the school year.
Chapter Opportunity Workshop (COW)
This summer Madison conference gives the opportunity for chapters to do their strategic planning for the year. Members engage in team building & leadership events along with getting a head start on competitive event strategies by practicing business situation role plays and taking a marketing exam. One hard working chapter earns the COW trophy!

Conference activities include interactive breakout sessions, team building activities, and statewide chapter networking opportunites helping to create ideas and build skills providing opportunities for our members to grow as leaders.

Sports and Entertainment Marketing (SEM)
Marketing executives share their expertise on target marketing, advertising media, identifying out-of-the-box sales promotion ideas and career opportunities during this energizing conference. Members become engaged through tours, conference speakers and attending a sporting event.
